The Wisconsin Army National Guard’s 64th Troop Command held a change of responsibility ceremony at the Armed Forces Reserve Center in Madison this past Sunday. 🙌
During the ceremony, Command Sgt. Maj. John Buck passed the responsibility of being senior enlisted leader of the 64th Troop Command to Command Sgt. Maj. Terri Vollrath.
