I sold out of my Mandarin Marmalade. Making a fresh batch today! I use Mandarins in my marmalade because their rinds are thinner, which makes a marmalade that’s not bitter, like orange marmalade can be. My Mandarin Marmalade has only 3 ingredients: fresh mandarins, fresh lemon zest & juice, pure cane sugar. That’s it!! This batch will hit the shop tomorrow morning. 🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊
