Planning for the future of a loved one with a disability can involve financial, legal and care decisions that deserve thoughtful attention.
Estate planning can help families define how assets will be managed, who will make important decisions and how a loved one will be supported over time. For some families, a special needs trust may also be an important part of the conversation, particularly when government benefits are involved.
Join us for Planning for Their Future: Estate Planning & Special Needs Trusts, featuring Michael A. Hendrick, Attorney with Johnson, Gasink & Baxter LLP.
Michael will discuss estate planning considerations for individuals with disabilities, including special needs trusts and other legal considerations families may want to understand as they plan for the future.

September has been good to us! 🍂
As we welcome fall, we’re looking back on a month filled with community, service, and plenty to celebrate across Quantico and Northern Virginia.
🔴 Red W**e & Blues
We were honored to welcome First Command President and CEO Mark Steffe to the area for the Robert Irvine Foundation’s annual Red W**e & Blues event. It was a privilege to learn more about the Foundation’s work supporting service members, veterans, first responders, and their families.
🎖️ Future Marine Bootcamp
A big thank-you to all of the young participants who took part in Future Marine Bootcamp at Quantico! From physical fitness to Marine Corps history and skills, these future Marines took on a day of challenges and learning.
⛳ Gold 4 Veterans
We were proud to support the 2nd Annual Gold 4 Veterans Tournament benefiting the Veterans to Executives Transition (VET) Academy at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. We’re grateful to be part of an event supporting military leaders as they prepare for their next chapter.
⚽ Quantico Devil Dogs FC
Our sponsored soccer team is having a great season and currently sits 2nd in the league! We’re proud to support the Devil Dogs and the community they bring together both on and off the field.
Four events. Four different ways to connect and serve.
We’re grateful for the organizations, families, service members, veterans, and community partners who made September such a meaningful month.
Here’s to a strong finish to September and an even better fall! 🍁
