Some things deserve a permanent spot in the trash. 🗑️

Not because they’re “bad”—but because they keep people stuck in pain longer than they need to be.

If you’ve caught yourself thinking one of these, you’re definitely not alone. The good news? Most aches and pains respond much better to the right movement and guidance than to waiting and hoping they’ll disappear.

Physical Therapy Myth Busters

Myth #1 - Pain means I’m causing damage.

Not always. Many people experience pain even after tissues have healed, while others have significant arthritis with very little pain.

Pain is real, but it doesn’t always tell the whole story.

Understanding WHY you’re hurting is the first step toward feeling better!
