Happy Birthday to our founder, Casey Forshag! 🎉
Today, we’re throwing it back 10 years to when Casey began building his first home under Forshag Construction in The Sanctuary subdivision.
A decade later, we’re proud of the beautiful homes, lasting relationships, and trusted reputation built along the way. Here’s to many more years of bringing our clients’ visions to life!
Help us wish Casey a very Happy Birthday! 🎂
It’s the little things during construction that make a big difference in the finished product.
As our homes move closer to completion, we install corner protectors in high-traffic areas to help prevent accidental bumps and damage to:
• Sheetrock corners
• Painted trim
• Cabinet corners
• Other finished surfaces
With subcontractors, deliveries, tools, and materials still moving through the house, one accidental bump can create unnecessary repairs.
Taking a few extra minutes to protect these areas helps us deliver the level of quality our homeowners expect.
At Forshag Construction, protecting the details is part of the process.
Build homes and relationships that last.

FROM VISION TO REALITY — THE FINISHED PRODUCT. 🏡
A rendering is where the vision begins. The finished home is where all of the planning, selections, craftsmanship, and attention to detail come together.
Swipe to see how closely this home went from rendering to reality.
At Forshag Construction, our goal isn’t simply to build what’s on the plans — it’s to bring the entire vision to life and deliver a home our clients are proud to call their own.
Have a vision for your next home? Let’s build it.

Comfort is built before the drywall goes up.
At Forshag Construction, we carefully plan every part of the HVAC system. We prefer hard-duct supply trunks with short, direct flex connections, properly supported runs, and smooth, gradual turns to help maintain efficient airflow and provide quieter, more comfortable air conditioning.
The details behind the walls matter.
