📚 Is your child still struggling to read—even after extra help?

Maybe reading is slow and frustrating.
Maybe spelling feels like a constant battle.
Maybe they guess at words, avoid reading aloud, or seem to work so much harder than other students just to get through a page.

For some struggling readers, more practice isn’t enough. They need a different approach.

Success By Design offers one-on-one reading therapy with a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) for students who need explicit, structured, individualized reading instruction.

This may be a good fit for students who:
• Have dyslexia or characteristics of dyslexia
• Struggle with decoding, phonics, spelling, or fluency
• Have fallen behind despite tutoring or extra help
• Avoid reading because it has become frustrating
• Need intensive, individualized reading intervention

We’ve seen a lot of conversation lately about students having only 20 minutes for lunch. It’s a good reminder that academics aren’t the only thing that matters during a child’s school day.

At Success By Design, we believe students need time to learn AND time to breathe.

Our students have longer lunch, plenty of recess, and opportunities to move, socialize, reset, and just be kids.

And we don’t sacrifice academics to make that happen.

Families who choose Success By Design are making an investment in their child’s education. Our students receive rigorous, individualized academics built around their specific needs, abilities, and goals. Because instruction is customized and one-on-one, we can make academic time purposeful and productive without expecting students to sit at a desk for nearly the entire day.
