Healthy Blue to exit Louisiana Medicaid; Transition plan announced for 290,000 members The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) announced Tuesday that its Medicaid managed care contract with Healthy Blue will conclude on Dec. 31, 2026, prompting a transition process for more than 290,000 enrolled members.
