I want to talk to someone specific today.

She has been through something hard. Really hard. And she made it through.

But now she’s standing on the other side of it... and she still doesn’t feel like herself. She’s not sure who she is anymore. She doesn’t fully trust herself or her decisions. Joy feels far away. Peace feels even further.

She has done the work. She has shown up. She has survived.

And yet something still feels missing.

Have you ever noticed that after deep healing work, your body just needs to stop?

Today, I am under the weather… my body is asking me to slow down. And I am listening.

After an intense breathwork session and Reiki session this week, my body is doing exactly what it is supposed to do… releasing.

When we do deep energy work, the body begins a process of releasing what it has been holding, sometimes for years. That release does not always feel graceful.

Sometimes it looks like fatigue, emotions rising to the surface, or just needing to be still.

If you have ever felt worse before you felt better after a healing session, know that this is not a sign that something went wrong. It is a sign that something is moving.

Honor the rest. It is part of the process. 💕

In one day, you will receive your Reiki attunement — activating the healing energy that has always lived within you — and walk away with the ability to heal yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for the rest of your life.

We will go deep into how energy moves through the body, how blockages form and what they are trying to tell you, and how to use your own intuitive senses as you work with each energy center. You will also receive an introduction to your natural clair senses and the breathing technique I teach that activates Divine healing light through your hands and heart.

And immediately following your attunement, you will use your newly activated energy to do an intuitive self healing practice, as I guide you through every step.

In my experience, when people are Divinely led to Reiki certification, it is the beginning of a beautiful transformation journey. There is nothing else like it and it will change your life for the better. ♡

Have you ever done something that you didn't think you could do?

I am dancing my way into Independence Day and the rest of this year. 💃

I have been working on a project for over 50 hours this week.

All while experiencing A LOT of technical difficulties (a lot of unexplained phenomena, according to my marketing gal 😂), and doing things I never in my life thought I would be capable of figuring out.

But I did it. And I am so damn proud of myself.

I danced in my living room, in my robe, with High Vibe energy, and launched my project at 2:22 on Independence Day.

I am claiming this as the beginning of a beautiful new trajectory. A beautiful new chapter! 🥰

Tonight I am opening up my Monthly Meditation and Intuition Development Group, and I would love for you to join us.

We will start with a short talk on how to receive and interpret messages from your Higher Self, Angels, Guides, and loved ones in Spirit.
