Water-based activities are a great way to stay active when itโs hot outside, while reducing stress on your joints!
When the water is up to your neck, you only bear about 10% of your body weight, allowing you to move more freely while still getting a full-body workout.
Water resistance helps challenge your muscles safely, improving fitness without the impact of traditional exercise. A simple way to stay consistent all summer long.
๐น Buoyancy reduces body weight load and joint stress
๐น Natural resistance builds strength safely
๐น Supported movement improves balance and mobility
Our takeaway: keep moving in ways that feel good for your body and support long-term function and recovery!
