PeaceFull Pantry

We had such a fun week at PeaceFull Pantry with three teams of youth who came to help out: Impact 365, Kansas-WorkforceONE, and Tru Community Church. The youth got to learn about food insecurity, tour the pantry, help sort/stock food, and help shop for food. The pantry is super well-stocked right now due to generous donations from the community. We are open Sunday/Tuesday 2-4pm and Monday/Thursday 5-7pm.

Wanted for PeaceFull Pantry: Your unwanted garden produce...too many zucchinis? Tomatoes? Cucumbers? Too much corn? We would love your excess produce for the pantry. It doesn't have to be perfect :) Just bring it by any time we are open (Sunday and Tuesday, 2-4pm, Monday and Friday, 5-7pm) or email [email protected] to figure out another time that works. Thank you!! We are inside of Peace Lutheran Church Manhattan - 2500 Kimball Avenue.

Mark your calendars for PeaceFull Pantry's Farmer's Market on June 28, from 2-4pm. Come and get free produce and more. We are grilling hot dogs too for everyone. If you have items to donate, please bring them by 1:30pm that day.

We have fresh broccoli from the garden at Peace! Come get while it lasts. The pantry is open 2-4 today.

PeaceFull Pantry is always very grateful for any produce we get from local gardens...it doesn't matter if it's perfect or not. Please consider sharing your extra onions, zucchini, lettuce, radishes, beans, etc. with us throughout gardening season Items can be dropped off during pantry hours (Sun/Tues, 2-4 or Mon/Thurs 5-7).
