Signs Plus

A new business sign for the door! Thanks to Austin Plus!

This week was a big one in terms of installs! One job finished up this week is the installation of Hamilton Health Services entrance awning.

The 2 piece, 40' total length awning was put onto brand new powdercoated steel posts with the help of Hamann Construction's crane service and Spring Valley Iron Works (Jason Reimer) who fabricated the posts.

Iv wanted to make this post multiple times, except with a full drink.... I just cant get a photo taken in time before its gone!!!

What better way to spend two days than working at Neshotah Beach?!

Yesterday was all about getting the groundwork ready for the 2026 Neshotah Park Signage Project. Before the new signs can go up, there’s quite a bit of work that happens underground.

The project begins by laying out and marking the exact locations for the new signage throughout the park. From there, we used our equipment to drill the required post holes, prepared the concrete foundations, assembled forms where needed, and began setting some of the sign posts.

Today, we're back at it filling those foundations with concrete and securing the posts that will support the new signage system. Properly setting these foundations is critical — these signs need to withstand Wisconsin weather, heavy winds, snow, and years of use while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.

And this is just the beginning!

The Neshotah Park project will bring a complete, coordinated wayfinding system to the park, including new gateway signage, vehicle and parking signs, orientation kiosks, pedestrian directional signs, and trail information posts.

The goal isn't simply to add more signs. It's to create a clearer, more consistent experience for everyone visiting Neshotah Park — helping residents and visitors find parking, beaches, trails, amenities and other destinations while giving the park a cohesive new look.

We're proud that Signs Plus was selected by the City of Two Rivers to fabricate and install this project, and we're excited to see the finished system come together!

My view for the rest of today... lacing Exotic awning fabric to the first half of Hamilton Health Services awning!
