🔧 Manor ISD has approximately $60 million in deferred capital renewal projects.
About 25% of campuses have HVAC systems that are at or beyond their useful life, while some of the district’s oldest electrical systems are 30–45 years old.

As building systems continue to age, facility and equipment repair costs are expected to increase, projected cost for delaying updates will grow to $165.2 million by the 2031-2032 school year.
Proposition A includes districtwide upgrades to HVAC equipment, electrical infrastructure, plumbing systems, lighting, locks and access control systems, and flatwork and roadway improvements.
