The Mansfield Bio Incubator aims to facilitate the creation, growth and ultimate success of the next generation of entrepreneurs and scientists: from biotech, medical devices, diagnostics, to non-standard therapies, life science instrumentation and more! We assist early-stage companies and nurture entrepreneurial & economic development in the community by maintaining affordable lab and office s**ce, professional business services, training, mentorship programs and a network of professional advisors. We provide entrepreneurs, innovative life-sciences start-ups, students and faculty of Massachusetts colleges and vocational schools with the s**ce and resources they need to test out, challenge, and nurture early ideas and train students the skills necessary for a successful career in the biotech industry. We accomplish the above by supporting a collaborative atmosphere that allows thought-sharing and creative exchange; offering best-in-class infrastructure to enable advanced practice and training of science and technology; providing training and support in obtaining funding for future growth by facilitating interaction with investors; nurturing business with access to experts that comprise our Advisory Board; teaching & organizing onsite and online seminars, courses and technical workshops to train interns and students new skills in the fast-growing area of biotechnology; and finally - creating an environment that stimulates creative interactions among industry leaders, investors, government, and academia.

Building on the growing legacy of four pitch competitions—and now strengthened through partnerships with Big Tree Innovation Fund and Aquillius Ventures—BIOINC continues to match life science breakthroughs with backing.
The $125K Fifth BIOINC Pitch Competition on June 18—held in person and online—is shaping up to be one of our strongest yet, both in the quality of startups and the investor presence.
With less than a month to go, the competition is already underway: companies are competing for a spot to pitch.

Mansfield Bio-Incubator was thrilled to host Big Tree Innovation Fund’s 4-week Investor Readiness Bootcamp this week. It was exciting to see the parking lot full of cars belonging to both bootcamp's participants looking for and the incubator's resident companies. We still have a few available spots in both shared and private **ce. The fee includes the usage of high-end analytical equipment including ZEISS CD7 fluorescence imager, atomic force and Raman microscopes, FTIR Spectrometer, and a 13-color Flow Cytometer. Furthermore, the are eligible for deep discounts in the bootcamp, with the next hybrid cohort starting on March 9 an opportunity to participate in our semi-annual , and the access to a large network of mentors, investors, equipment and reagent suppliers, and service providers.
