Ingredients:

* 1 package Garlic Basil Sun-Dried Tomato Sausage, sliced
* 12 oz pasta (penne or bow ties work great)
* 2 cups fresh spinach
* 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* Olive oil
* Fresh grated Parmesan
* Fresh basil (optional)

Directions:

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Brown the sliced sausage in a skillet until heated through.
3. Add garlic and cherry tomatoes, cooking for 2–3 minutes.
4. Stir in the spinach until just wilted.
5. Toss with the cooked pasta, a drizzle of olive oil, and Parmesan cheese.
6. Top with fresh basil and enjoy!
