What an inspiring Start With Hello Week at Pomona Elementary! 💚👋

Our students spent the week building new connections and showering our school community with kindness. Classmates stepped out of their comfort zones to reach out and talk to friends they hadn't chatted with before, making sure everyone felt included on the playground and in the hallways. Students also poured their hearts into crafting thoughtful thank-you notes to brighten the days of teachers, staff, and peers.

While Start With Hello Week comes to an end, we encourage all of our students to carry this welcoming spirit with them each and every day beyond this week. Thank you to our incredible students, families, and staff for making Pomona such a warm, connected place to learn and grow!

Coach Fedderson is our Pomona Pirate of the Week because she is always available as a helping hand! She shows so much patience and kindness with each and everyone of our students while also looking out for her fellow staff members. Whether it’s encouraging the staff to take their conferences while she handles our students or stepping in to help at dismissal and lunch, her support doesn’t go unnoticed! Thank you Coach Fedderson! You are treasured!
