The Murph Challenge is more than just a workout โ it represents the strength, sacrifice, perseverance, and dedication displayed by Lt. Murphy and our nationโs heroes every day. As we pushed through the physical and mental challenges, we reflected on the sacrifices endured by those who serve and protect our freedoms.
