Fun fact: A caliper is a tool used to measure the diameter of a tree. 📏🌳

The name Caliper was inspired by the treelined area surrounding the community, offering privacy and great views. With access to nearby parks and recreational activities, our community is the perfect place to call home.

Access to on-site amenities and so much more! Caliper is conveniently located near shopping (did someone say Target run?!), dining, and parks with quick access to all the Twin Cities metro has to offer with its proximity to MN-610 and I-94.

Picture yourself here! Did you know Caliper has two second-floor outdoor amenity decks? Perfect for lounging & enjoying the sunshine! 😎
