We shared that we have restocked our Party of Five sets from Felicia from SweetGeorgia ✨ yarns, but maybe you are wondering what you would use them to make? One of our most popular samples for these sets has been this shawl! Among the Wildflowers by Lisa K. Ross is a gorgeous triangular shawl. We used one fi*****ng weight skein for the main color and one Party of Five set for the contrast colors throughout. This sample used the set Fruit Salad for its vibrant yellows, pinks, and magenta!

The Amazing Threads Weekend Getaway is a fun event to gather with and meet new fiber friends while working on your projects! Bring your current work-in-progress or stop in the shop for inspiration on a new project to cast-on during the event!

We have decided to return to Arrowwood this year as they have been working on various renovations throughout the resort. We have arranged for our room block to be specifically for the newly renovated rooms! Additionally, we are pleased to share that Katie, the amazing lead event coordinator/catering staff is still there, and we can't wait to enjoy her dedicated and attentive service once again!

During the Getaway, we are excited to be hosting Mary of 29 Bridges Studio as our featured indie-dyer! We can't wait to share her beautiful yarns with you all in a shoppable trunk show. Jessica of The Knitted Butterfly & Sweet Pea Penelope and Sweet Pea Penelope will be joining us in person with her beautiful assortment of stitch markers, notions, and custom bags! And *just* announced, Andrea Lui, PT, DPT, OCS, author of Craft Without Pain, will be giving a presentation during our event! Of course, we will also have our Getaway Shop available for a little retail therapy, with a few extra surprises in store.

An optional add-on excursion for wine/beer tasting at Carlos Creek Winery on Saturday at 12PM is available for attendees to register for. Enjoy your choice of wine or beer flight. Transportation to and from the winery will be provided.
