🏡 "What’s going on with the market?" (Statewide Edition!)
📊Minnesota Realtors® just released their August report, and across the state, the theme is options and balance. Here is a quick peek at the big-picture numbers:
🗝️ More choices: Statewide new listings popped +7.1%, putting inventory at a 7-year high! No more having to make a lifetime decision in 3 minutes flat.
🐢 A bit more breathing room: Homes are sitting a little longer (~51 days statewide), giving buyers time to negotiate instead of jumping through hoops.
🏷️ Prices holding steady: The statewide median price bumped up slightly to $370,000 (+2.8%). Rates are keeping things grounded, but sellers are still building solid equity.
Real talk, though: Every local market beats to its own drum! 🥁

It’s hard not to fall in love with Champlin, and today’s closing was a great reminder of why. Between the trails at Elm Creek, quick access to the Mississippi, and that small-town community feel there is a lot to enjoy right in your backyard.
