We had some twists and turns for Maple Grove Days 2026! For the first time in MGCO history, we cancelled our parade. Wildfire smoke was NOT on our bingo card! We appreciate your support and understanding, and that the rest of the festival could move forward as planned. Your participation made the event a success!

Fellow Maple Grove Community Members and Friends:
We have decided to cancel the Maple Grove Days Parade due to the dangerous air quality conditions. We did not come to this decision lightly as no one loves the parade more than we do, but ultimately the health and safety of our community members, volunteers, first responders, and committee members is our top priority.

Stay connected to us as we evaluate the remaining events of the festival. We'll post updates as soon as we know them. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Maple Grove Days is primarily an OUTDOOR festival - Rain, shine, or heat, we've been through it all! As we kick off our favorite events this week, stay tuned to this page for any weather related updates. Take care of yourself with lots of water and rest time as you enjoy the festivities!

Meet Volunteer Superstar Reese! She has been volunteering at Maple Grove Days since 2017 and finally joined MGCO in 2025! Here's what she has to say about volunteering:

"When I was younger, I loved going to the various community events Maple Grove has to offer. As a volunteer, I'm able to help the events run smoothly and bring joy to everyone who comes! It's the best feeling to volunteer and return the favor to our community."

As we kick off a new calendar year, we'd like to offer an enormous THANK YOU to our outgoing MGCO President, Brandon Vreeman! His quiet and confident leadership has guided us through the past five years. From 2020 - when we were masked and zooming - to 2025 when we moved Maple Grove Days to its new location in Central Park, he has been a steady source of wisdom and positivity. We're thankful he's not going far, just passing on his presidential gavel. Thank you, Brandon!
