Congratulations to Mike Kelm on his retirement!

Earlier this week, employees and members of Mike’s family gathered at our Marshfield office to celebrate his career and share a few stories from his years with the team.

Mike joined Cybertrol in 2019 through the ESE acquisition and retires as a Senior Automation Engineer. Over the years, he became known for his broad technical knowledge, his willingness to help others, and the calm, patient way he approached challenges. He has also been a valued mentor to younger engineers and a steady resource for teammates across the company.

Those qualities came up again and again as people reflected on working with Mike. Beyond being an extremely knowledgeable engineer, he’s simply been a great person to work with.

Thank you, Mike, for your contributions, mentorship, and many years of great work. We hope you enjoy retirement!
