On Thursday, 2024 Hemmings Motor News Great Race Officials were in Marietta, OH running their final check on the Route! Preparations are in their final stages and we cannot be more excited to welcome THE GREAT RACE to Marietta, Ohio on Sunday, June 23, 2024! Mark Your Calendars -- Rain or Shine!
Once the cars arrive around 4:00 pm and after, cars will be displayed on Front Street for a Meet and Greet Style Event for the Drivers/Navigators/Teams. Be sure to come early for the Motorsports Show that begins at 9:00 am on Second Street. Come Spend the Day in Downtown Marietta, Ohio -- shopping, restaurants, Free Kids Zone, and Food Vendors. Free Shuttles will be available from the Washington County Fairgrounds to Downtown.

Marietta is excited to host The 2024 Hemmings Motor News Great Race for the only overnight stop in Ohio this year. We are organizing a Motorsports and Car Show that day as well (beginning at 9:00 am on Second Street) -- everything from vintage cars and show cars, Corvettes, Porches, Model T's, Mighty Midgets, Steam Engines, Tractors, Race Cars, Motorcycles, Boats, and even more . . . Mark your calendars for Sunday, June 23, 2024 and come downtown for this Free Community Event. Restaurants, Businesses, Food Vendors, and a Kids Zone!
