My lunch today is Beef Salad. We cook the beef per order so it is served warm on a bed of crispy and cold veggies.

Having a big breakfast is somewhat of a trend these days. Start the day with a substantial meal and eat less as the day goes on. Here is our version of a big breakfast that will definitely boost your energy to start your day. Come and try it out!

Running a small business with my husband his physical help on weekends is invaluable. There is a joke between us that he enjoys being with customers while I love the work behind the scene.

I shake my head when I look for him and see him chatting with customers while I try to get his attention for help. Lately it's gotten "worse" 😂. I see him sitting down in customer's table and chatting away, lol.

Kidding aside, customers love him and I am glad he does so well something I don't which is interacting with customers.

This picture was taken today when I was looking for him and found him in a customer's table. I had to join for a picture just to prove I am not a hermit.
