🚨 WINTER STORAGE – GET SCHEDULED EARLY! 🚨
Looking for a place to store your summer toys, vintage cars, motorcycles, campers, or other outdoor items for the winter?
The Calhoun County Fairgrounds offers winter storage, and we are scheduling early before our final put-in date of Saturday, October 31, 2026!
🔒 GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT!
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your storage spot.
The Calhoun County Fairgrounds offers winter storage from:
📅 October 31, 2026 – March 27, 2027
🔹We are able to store items 11 feet in height and under.

IMPORTANT STORAGE INFORMATION
🔹 Early Removal:
If you need your item removed before the March 27, 2027 take-out date, you MUST make arrangements with the Fairgrounds office BEFORE your item is put into storage. There is no guarantee we can remove your item before the take-out date once it has been stored for the season unless prior arrangements have been made.
🔹 Proof of Insurance Required:
A copy of insurance must be on file with the Fairgrounds office on the date of put-in.
🔹 Late Pick-Up:
Any property left after the March 27, 2027 take-out date will be charged an additional $50 per day.

Youth/4-H Superintendent Opportunities!
The Calhoun County Fairgrounds is looking for new Youth/4-H Superintendents for the following departments:
Agriculture
Horticulture
Floriculture
Each is a separate department, and we can have one superintendent for each department, or if you would prefer to serve as the Superintendent for all three departments, we would love to hear from you!

Due to the rising cost of postage, premium checks will be available for in-person pick-up on the following dates and times:

📅 Wednesday, September 9 | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
📅 Friday, September 11 | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
📅 Beginning the week of September 21, premium checks will be available for pick-up Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, unless otherwise posted.

We will have the premium checks available for pick up from 6 to 7 PM on Wednesday, September 16 before the monthly board meeting as well.

📬 Need to drop something off while we’re closed? For your convenience, we have a drop box available in front of the grounds, near the Floral Hall/Church Gate on Maple Street.
⚠️ Please place all items in a sealed envelope before putting them in a drop box. Be sure to include your name and contact information on the envelope. Please do not place loose papers, payments, or other loose items directly into the drop box, as they may become separated or mixed in with other submissions.

The Calhoun County Agricultural and Industrial Society (CCAIS) is accepting Letters of Intent from qualified members interested in filling three Board Trustee positions.
