Alpha Omega Safety Solutions

What a blessing it was for our AO Safe & SPE Group leadership to spend time with Branden Bauer and his wife, learning more of their story and his gratefulness for life after his accident. Excited to hear more this morning at Michigan Municipal Electric Association Annual Conference.

We are getting ready for the MMEA conference this week and hope to see you at booth 26! Come and find us and submit your Near Miss stories. We are launching a new series and want to highlight the work you are doing in the field.

Jeremy is in Virginia this week, presenting with SET Solutions. Drop him a line of encouragement as he continues to bridge the gap between field experience and crew leadership!

Jeremy got to spend his morning sharing his with some Spring Arbor University students!

Seven minutes at the pole yard.

Jackson College just published a look inside their Lineworker Program — the hands-on training our AO Safe instructors deliver.

Students on poles. Real utility equipment. And a CDL alongside it, so a new hand can climb and legally move the truck on day one.

Michigan needs lineworkers. This is what the front end of that career looks like.

We welcomed the Boyne Mountain team today for hands-on training focused on transformer theory, operation and safe work procedures.

The goal is straightforward: understand the equipment, know the process and be prepared to do the work safely.

Thanks to the Boyne Mountain crew for spending the day with us and bringing great questions to the training!

Alpha Omega Utility Services is now AO Safe.

Our name has changed, but our commitment remains the same: preparing people to work safely, confidently, and effectively.

As a member of SPE Group, AO Safe will focus on:

• Utility training and crew development
• Hands-on CDL training
• Practical safety resources for supervisors and crews

Utility field services and storm-response support will continue through SPE Group.
