Our spring was so busy (good busy but breakneck speed busy) that I’m finally feeling a little breathing room (just in time for everything to start again 😂)
Thinking about a new school year ahead, growing our business, farm dreams (always) and some personal goals and habits that I really want and need to incorporate into our life. Feeling very introspective and inspired… one of the true gifts of slowing down; a necessary re-evaluation.

We are so excited to announce Valor SQUIRES! A program specifically designed for children ages 6-10, the perfect preparation for our full Valor program. Swordsmanship, archery, traditional skills geared specially for our younger Squires. Registration and more info can be found on our website!

The season of abundance is upon us. This is the first year that we have actually set out to grow a significant amount of our families food. Az is tough for gardens and in the past I have had too many little ones to keep track of to fully dive in. Since moving to Missouri, this is the second season we have had the resources to set up a somewhat sufficiently sized growing space. Growing food is a uniquely beautiful and intoxicating experience. It’s almost like we were made for this 😏 I am excited to learn how to ferment and preserve all of this goodness and will most certainly feel totally overwhelmed come the end of August. But the excitement now is high.
