The Humane Bean

ROCKY update! Rocky saw her doctor for a recheck today. She is scheduled for her dental and repeat bloodwork at CoTwins Veterinary Care on October 12th! It is expected to cost ~$600.

We are $403 away from our goal! Any donation is greatly appreciated! Rocky will receive a booster vaccine and a microchip during her procedure.

The sooner we get Rocky this surgery, the sooner she will be able to eat pain-free and find a forever-home! Help us help her!💛🐾

Cigarette (Ziggy) needs a real chance with an experienced cat parent who will be patient, gentle, and consistent with her.

Found in September 2024 lost and hungry, she was put on a stray hold and efforts were made to find her owner. Her owner was never found. After a year in foster care, she was adopted, but returned because her adopter was expecting a more cuddly cat.

Cigarette then spent a few months at the Petsmart Adoption Center where she was adopted, but once again returned for being too timid and shy.

She will likely never be a kitty who sleeps in bed with you, and she will take several months after adoption to trust you enough to show her personality.

Nevertheless, Cigarette is a sweet and polite kitty who would be a great addition to a calm, patient home, committed to loving her for who she is.

Cigarette (Ziggy) is 4 years old, spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and friendly with other cats. She is food motivated and will greet you at the door every day once she gets comfortable.
