When Nathalie first joined the Bless Back Business Academy in Haiti, she enrolled in one of our computer literacy classes.
She took what she learned—both the technical skills and the confidence to think creatively—and put it into action.

Real impact happens when communities are equipped—not just served.
So far in 2026, because of the generosity of our partners, Bless Back Worldwide invested more than $135,000 into strengthening healthcare in Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
That investment included:
🏥 Medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, solar power, and salary support for our Haiti medical programs.
🏥 The development of our new permanent clinic in the Dominican Republic.
Alongside these investments:
👩‍⚕️ 45 mission team members served, including 6 medical professionals and 4 Wake Forest University School of Medicine students.
📈 100% of Business Academy microloans in Haiti were repaid on time, demonstrating the power of equipping entrepreneurs with both opportunity and accountability.
But these numbers tell a much bigger story.
Throughout the year, families received trusted medical and dental care, community health promoters continued caring for patients in their villages, children participated in educational activities, and entrepreneurs gained practical business skills that are helping them provide for their families.
This is what sustainable impact looks like.
