Project FootNotes Started as a Girl Scout Gold Award Project for Lacey Hambridge, a High School Senior in Matthews, NC.
The Mission of the Project was to place 270+ pairs of colorful, decorated shoes on kids in Haiti.

Due to the serious outbeak of ebola in West Affrica, the Meredith College Outreach trip for 2015 has been changed to Belize. Project FootNotes workshops are being conducted on campus, with nearly all of the freshman class participating by making a pair of shoes to send on the outreach trip! Thank you to all of these wonderful students!
Looks like Project FootNotes will be going to Ghana, Africa in 2015 through Meredith College! Workshops are starting to be planned! Stay tunned!
