"If you can win that audience, you can win any audience."

Inspectors are the expert eyes and ears on the ground, linking project teams and owners. For them, communicating thorough and accurate information from the field is essential.

Cue: The daily report

After gathering all the relevant details and documentation, synthesizing it into a format that effectively relays the info to stakeholders is a time-intensive process. It's a process that's been attempted to be improved with one digital form after another. And as many seasoned inspectors will tell you, rarely did those forms improve much.

Himanshu Bari encountered one of these inspectors while piloting InstinctIQ. To say he was skeptical was an understatement. But after using it, even he was convinced.

Wouldn’t it be Cool to Build a Museum Underneath the Lincoln Memorial?

In anticipation of the National Mall & Memorial Parks Lincoln Memorial Undercroft Museum’s grand opening this Thursday, June 25, we’re taking a walk down memory lane.

It’s been over two years since we filmed this episode of featuring our lead Construction Manager on Lincoln, Patrick Boyle. Procon CEO Kyu Jung sat down with Patrick to discuss how an abandoned 43,800-square-foot cave beneath the Lincoln Memorial would be transformed into a world-class interpretive center in time to celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary.

Head to our YouTube page to watch the full episode with behind-the-scenes intel on this iconic and complex project.

Team Procon brought an all-star lineup of 25 athletes and cheerleaders to the Breakthrough T1D Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Games last week for a day of friendly competition, team spirit, and giving back.

From tug-of-war and basketball to co****le, pickleball, a scavenger hunt and more, our team joined fellow AEC professionals in support of an important cause—raising funds and awareness for Type 1 diabetes research.

With less than one month to go until America’s 250th Birthday, is preparing to open the doors to a new, immersive museum experience beneath the Lincoln Memorial in just a few weeks. The museum will celebrate U.S. history and the iconic memorial’s enduring role as a backdrop for defining moments in American life, from the Civil Rights Movement to Vietnam War protests and beyond.

Procon was fortunate to serve as the CMa on this multi-year effort to transform the memorial’s long-abandoned, three-story undercroft into a modern museum space. From stalactites to exhibit installations, recently provided a behind-the-scenes look at the complexity, significance, and craftsmanship behind this important project.

DC’s iconic fountains are flowing as America gears up for its 250th anniversary ⛲✨

For the first time since 2007, the Columbus Circle Fountain at Union Station is running once more. Last week’s ribbon cutting marked a major milestone in the effort to restore Washington’s historic public spaces ahead of the nation’s 250th anniversary celebration this summer.

The cascading fountain at Meridian Hill Park—one of the longest in North America—also returned to service this May after seven years offline, bringing another beloved DC landmark back to life.

Procon is proud to partner with Brown Construction Services, Inc. and on the citywide fountain restoration program, rehabilitating decades-old systems at landmarks across the capital, including Dupont Circle, Sheridan Circle, Simón Bolívar Memorial, John Marshall Park and more than 20 other fountains.

From long-dormant water features to renewed civic spaces, it’s rewarding to help preserve and revitalize these iconic landmarks for future generations to enjoy.
