Story time moment: Buyer consult late Sunday evening… Client in town only until Thursday. Meaning 3 days of searching for a home - CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! ⏳

🏠🏠Monday and Tuesday mornings showed a few homes. Tuesday afternoon wrote offer within 1.5 hours offer accepted! Today, Wednesday had the home inspection - tomorrow client is traveling back home to the Midwest! 💥💥
