Helping smart students build executive function skills so they can stress less, plan better and succeed.

The StudyPro is a study skills and homework center serving 4th through 12th graders. Our program helps students build the key organizational and executive function skills required to plan, initiate, organize, time-manage and complete their work. While some students come by executive skills naturally, others need support with developing strategies for success until the process becomes natural for them. Our study skills "system" teaches these skills in a 5-part course, provides a coach-supported homework center to practice skills on nightly homework and offers additional help with 1:1 coaching. For more information on our Class as well as other StudyPro programs, please visit http://thestudypro.com/.

What happens when students stop keeping everything in their heads? They make a plan.

Nora, a 6th grader at The StudyPro, shares how planning her work, chunking assignments, and checking in with her coach has helped her feel more organized and less spread thin.

Sometimes, having it all on one page is enough to make the next step feel a little easier.

When your child’s needs change, the right support should grow with them.

This family has turned to StudyPro for nine years, from middle school through college.

That kind of trust means everything to us.

School asks students to manage a lot more than just the work.

Keeping track of what’s due, where to find it, what to do first, and when to ask for help all takes executive function.

And sometimes, that’s the part that makes school feel harder than it should.

The first few weeks of school give us information. Notice where your student gets stuck, what’s already working, and where they may need more support.

The goal isn’t a perfect start, it’s finding the strategies that help their brain work better.

Parents often think the problem is the missing assignments.

Many times, it's the feeling of carrying them all at once.

When students can see one next step instead of one giant pile, everything starts to feel possible again.

Thank you Brendan for writing this book, for sharing your knowledge, and for helping all of us with ADHD ourselves or around us understand the world a little better!

Comments like this are never really about us.

They're about what happens when a student starts feeling more capable.

When school feels less overwhelming. When challenges feel more manageable. When confidence starts replacing frustration.

That's what we're grateful to be part of.

When kids are overwhelmed or stuck, our instinct is often to jump in and fix it.

But kids don’t always need us to solve the problem. Sometimes they need us to help them feel like they can handle it.

Confidence grows when kids learn: I can do hard things.
