🧶 This month, our online group is switching things up! It's a Grab Bag—a little of everything. We'll chat tools, podcasts, and the building blocks of knitting (hello, knit and purl!). All levels welcome.

Join our friends Dr. Mia Hobbs and Dr. Paula Redmond from Creative Restoration for a fun and informative LIVE webinar on the mental health benefits of knitting, along with a Q&A. They will take a deep dive into the ways in which knitting has been found to support wellbeing, and the psychological mechanisms and scientific research behind this.

Looking for others to knit with? One easy way to find a knitting group is to look to your local library! Just visit their events calendars and search for "knitting." OMG - just checked out my newsletter from ‪TECHknitter‬ this week and was blown away -- what a cool double knitting technique!! You take two squares of plain stockinette and turn it into one double-sided double-knit design with a crochet hook. I'll have to give it a try!
