Due to a change in my schedule, our Wednesday class schedule will also be changing. The martial arts class will now begin at 5:30 and the self defense class will begin at 6:30. I hope this works for everyone! Thank you and I will see you then!

We are looking at putting together a weekly women’s only self defense class Saturdays at 9am. Who would be interested? Tentative start date June 12th.

This Saturday we will be hosting a special two hour knife defense class! This is not a class on knife fighting, it’s what to do in the event that you are faced with someone yielding a knife. We will go over awareness, legal implications of actions, and what techniques you can use to minimize injury if defensive strategies are required. We will train from 10-12. Cost is $10 for gym members and $20 for non members. All experience levels are welcome, feel free to bring a friend! See you there!
