The Learning Well is a service of La Clinica. We offer classes, workshops, and support groups that teach and support whole-person well-being.

Zumba® and Zumba® Toning are fun, energetic ways to move your body in a group setting.

Zumba combines dance and fitness with Latin-inspired music to keep your heart rate up and make exercise feel enjoyable. Zumba Toning adds light weights to help engage specific muscle groups and build strength while you move.

Whether you love to dance, prefer group exercise, or just want a workout that feels approachable, these classes offer a welcoming way to get active.

You do not need to know the steps or have any dance experience to join. As long as you are moving, you are participating!
