Some of Pennsylvania ESD K9’s making a difference 🐾💙‼️
Our Rescue has sponsored and provided 162 Electronic Storage Detection (ESD) K9s to law enforcement agencies across the U.S., Canada, and around the world. In Pennsylvania alone, eight ESD K9s are working alongside law enforcement.
Meet Mac, Tango, and Doug, three Pennsylvania ESD K9s helping investigators uncover hidden electronic storage devices that may otherwise be missed.
🐾 Mac has located devices containing CSAM evidence during searches in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
🐾 Tango has been deployed in 17 CSAM-related searches in 2026, locating laptops, hard drives, USB drives, SD cards, and other devices, including phones concealed inside a container of diaper wipes.
🐾 K9 Detective Doug has helped uncover electronic evidence central to several investigations and prosecutions.
These highly specialized K9s don't just find evidence. They're also trained therapy dogs, providing comfort and stability to child victims and investigators working through difficult cases.

How much do you know about your child's apps?
Your child could be using an app you know well, while having conversations you know nothing about.
Disappearing messages. Private chats. Location sharing. Anonymous communication. AI-generated interactions.
The features that make apps fun and convenient can also create opportunities for cyberbullying, inappropriate content, contact with strangers, grooming, and exploitation.
The National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) included several popular platforms on its 2026 Dirty Dozen List, highlighting apps parents should be paying attention to.
Our latest blog breaks down those popular apps parents should know about, the risks to look out for, and questions you can ask your child to help keep the conversation going.

Delaware County:
🚨 Pennsylvania Prison Guard Accused of Distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material
A Pennsylvania state prison guard is facing dozens of charges after investigators allege they discovered more than 180 files containing child sexual abuse material on his phone.
David Lemmon, 45, of Clifton Heights, worked as a corrections officer at SCI Chester.
According to investigators, the case began after authorities received a tip involving activity on Snapchat. The Delaware County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force allegedly connected a username and email address involved in the activity to Lemmon.
Investigators interviewed Lemmon while he was working at SCI Chester on June 15 and confiscated his phone. Authorities also searched electronic devices at his home.
Police allege they discovered more than 180 files containing illegal material involving children on Lemmon’s phone.
Investigators further allege that Lemmon was trading the material with other users online and that a selfie of Lemmon was also exchanged during the communications.
Lemmon has been charged with dozens of counts related to the dissemination and possession of child sexual abuse material, along with criminal use of a communication facility.
The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections said Lemmon has not returned to work since his arrest on August 10.
Lemmon posted bail and remains free while awaiting further court proceedings. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 20.
His attorney declined to comment on the allegations.
⚠️ Lemmon has been charged but has not been convicted. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
