Terry Lynch Artist Lounge Construction Day 1 is well on its way.

Led by A2H - Engineers • Architects • Planners—and empowered by long-term Shell supporters Terry and Cathy—the 2,000 sq ft. facility will feature communal quarters and modern amenities—attractive assets that will soon provide an elevated experience for touring artists, and event planners!

⚠️ CAUTION. READ CAREFULLY ⚠️

🦺 Walker General Contractors will be active onsite from 7:30am-3:30pm daily

🚧 Cones and construction signage will be present throughout the area to indicate active construction zones

❌ Park visitors ARE NOT permitted inside the construction fencing behind the Shell - NO EXCEPTIONS

🚜 Heavy equipment will be parked street-side on Veterans Drive from the Alligator Gate to Veterans Plaza throughout the duration of construction

🏗️ We will alert the public on any disruption to park road access as it pertains to this project

🌳 A portion of the Formal Gardens will be used as a hold-site for materials, courtesy of our friends at the Overton Park Conservancy
