🔥 BBQ TEAMS—IT’S TIME TO FIRE UP THE SMOKERS! 🔥

Registration is open for the Fall Fest Memphis Backyard BBQ Cook-Off, sanctioned by the Memphis Barbecue Network, happening Friday, Oct. 16 and Saturday, Oct. 17 in Collierville, TN!

Put your skills to the test in three main categories:

🐷 Pulled Pork
🍖 Ribs
🥩 Ribeye Steak

Teams can also compete in a variety of ancillary contests, including Appetizer, Side, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, Anything But, Dessert, Cocktail, and Sauce.

We’re making setup as convenient as possible with access to a water supply, available electricity, personal port-a-johns and handwashing stations, plus space upgrades. The contest is held on a concrete parking lot, and the nearby Hampton Inn by Hilton offers easy access to on-site lodging. Or, camp out overnight onsite! We've got 24-hour security!

Best of all, you’ll be cooking for a cause! The cook-off is part of Fall Fest Memphis, a large charitable festival benefiting the Dorothy Day House, All 4s Rescue League, and Catholic Church of the Incarnation.

While the smokers are rolling, enjoy a full weekend featuring live music, carnival rides and attractions, a vendor fair, food trucks, a car show, a $10,000 Cash Raffle, an online auction, and more!
