Nothing says community like sharing a little sweetness!

Recently, a donation of surplus Girl Scout Cookies found its way to 29 nonprofit organizations across Memphis, bringing smiles to clients, guests, and staff throughout our food rescue network.

This is exactly what food rescue is all about: making sure good food (and in this case, a beloved treat!) gets enjoyed rather than wasted.

A huge thank you to Girl Scouts and everyone who helped organize, distribute, and share these cookies.

What does sustainability look like behind the scenes? Sometimes it's as simple as taking out the recycling. ♻️

♻️ Plan your menu before you shop to avoid overbuying.
🥗 Serve local, seasonal produce whenever possible.
🍔 Set up a toppings bar so guests can build their own plates and reduce food waste.
🥤 Skip single-use items and opt for reusable plates, cups, and utensils.
🌭 Send leftovers home with guests or freeze extras for future meals.
