There’s a scam making its way across the country, and it usually starts with a phone call. The person on the line says they’re with the FBI, the FDIC, or another government agency. They tell you your identity has been stolen, your accounts are tied to criminal activity, or your money is in danger. They often know enough about you to sound believable, and they may give you a case number or send documents that look official.

Saturday marked our 10th annual Day of Service with Catholic Charities of West Tennessee. Our team packed 3,500 hygiene kits and 3,500 food bags for neighbors in our community who are experiencing homelessness.

Every kit and every bag was put together by hand, with one message in mind: your neighbors are with you.

Team Paragon, thank you. The way you take care of our customers every day is the same way you showed up Saturday: hands-on, with heart, for the people in our community.

Today, people all over are committed to doing acts of service in honor of Dolly Parton. We already had our annual Day of Service scheduled for this weekend, but we knew that our prep day had to feature a little “9 to 5” action in honor of Dolly. 🦋

Last week, we took a break from business as usual to celebrate our Atlanta team.

Employee Appreciation Weeks are our favorite weeks of the year — the time we get to make as big a deal of our people as they make of our customers, every single day. Our CEO wrote personal letters and handed out gifts. We ate way too well. Then we brought everybody out for an evening of greens, swings, and — let's be honest — a few missed shots at Topgolf.

Atlanta team, you show up for our customers all year long. Last week, we got to show up for you. Thank you.

Ten years ago, Oxford welcomed us with a small office right off the Square. Three years ago, we moved into our current home on South Lamar. Now we're marking a decade of Paragon in Oxford — and we want you there for it.
