A non-profit amusement park for kids located in Applegate Park. Open Saturday & Sunday from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Our operating season is usually April - October.
Kiddieland will open soon for the 2026 season! We have six rides desigened for children to enjoy. Rides require 1 ticket with exception of the Train, our Main Attraction, requires two tickets per rider. Tickets cost .50 each, so for the cost of $3.50 a child can ride all the rides one time. We also offer an all day wrist band for $10.00 that allows the wearer to ride all rides an unlimited amount of times all day on the day it is purchased.

In support of Merced Police Department National Night Out event at Applegate Park on August 4th Kiddieland will open from 6-8 pm & all rides will be free!
We will have the Merced Police Department LEO Explorers volunteering with Kiwanis Club of Greater Merced members that night.
Thank you to local law enforcement & community organizations for creating such great partnerships!

Congratulations to our friends & neighbors at the merced_applegate_zoo on their grand reopening tomorrow Friday, July 24th at 10 am! In Partnership with City of Merced Parks and Recreation merced_applegate_zoo Kiddieland will be open from 12 - 2 pm! All rides will be free!

Thank you Paula Kelley, Executive Director of the Kiwanis Family House for speaking today. The Kiwanis Family House has been open for 42 years & serves families & patients at UC Davis Medical Center & Shriners Hospital. They provide affordable services for families experiencing medical crises with a facility that has 32 rooms, 6 RV spaces, shared living, kitchen & patio spaces.
