A lifelong Merced County resident, Luis has devoted his career to public service and leadership. After retiring from the California Highway Patrol following 28 years of service, he continues to serve the community as Merced County Supervisor-elect for District 3 and as a board member for the Merced County Fair and Merced School Employees Federal Credit Union.

Luis’s longstanding commitment to the health, safety, and well-being of Merced County makes him a valuable addition to our board. Please join us in welcoming him!
