Merced County 4-H had quite a group at the California classic state 4-H horse show this year.

Participants included Catherine, Clare , Mariana (;Reserve Western Novice Champion & Champion Ranch Novice), Rosie (Reserve Champion Walk jog English), Juliana (miniature reserve champion), Maysie Burroughs (English flat senior Reserve Champion, English Champion senior jumping & Reserve Ranch Senior Champion), and
Anya.

Merced County was the Senior Champion team for Hippology. Team members were Maysie, Catherine, Callahan and Mariana.

Last day of SLC. The Merced County participants had a great time. We made new friends and learned new leadership strategies to take back to our home clubs!

Day 3 County Ambassadors attended a State Ambassador workshop. All participants attended a Financial Literacy workshop. Our Merced County Ambassadors with the California State Ambassadors.

SLC Day 2. Tour of the State Courthouse and Capitol. Also toured the California History Museum.
