Sunday, July 19th, FNB is pulling up to the Tioga Sequoia Taproom with a menu stacked heavier than a trophy shelf. And yes, we're bringing the official bread of FNB - Bella Bru Baking Co.

For the purists: CHEESE ME, PLEASE ME.

For the vegetarian flavor chasers: DRIP, DRIP BALSAMIC - think caprese locked inside a grilled cheese 🧀 😋 Featuring heirloom tomatoes from

For the charcuterie lovers: THE DERBY - Italian dry salami, smoked ham, toasted fennel seeds, stoneground mustard, and Handmade Haven fig jam... all inside a Queso Asado.

For the mild-ish heat seekers: SWEETHEAT SMOKY CLUCKER - bacon tomato jam, tender bits of chicken, and a drizzle of Abuela's Sweetheat Chili Crunch 😋

And because we couldn't help ourselves... BIGGY BACK RIB ROLL - charcoal smoked BBQ pork ribs, soy garlic pickles, white onion salsa criolla, and aji verde sauce. A sandwich you'll want more than once a year 😉

On July 5th, we're doing something special.

FNB is partnering with CASA of Merced County, and we'll be donating 10% of all sales - including merchandise - in loving memory of Vicky Rodriguez.

Vicky was more than her titles.
To me, she was my aunt... but growing up, she was my best friend.

She was a wife, a mother, a daughter, a granddaughter, a sister, a cousin, a comadre, a Nina- and the kind of woman who looked out for everyone.
Fierce. Loving. Caring. The heartbeat of every room she walked into.

One of our last family trips together was to one of her favorite places... the casino.
And when we got home that night, as she was being wheeled in, she yelled:

"Mooove Cow!"

Yeah, she was quite the s**t talker - and we loved her for it.

So, for this pop-up, we're honoring that moment, that laugh, that memory.

Introducing the "Mooove Cow" queso asado- a tribute to Vicky and the joy she brought into our lives.
