Meridian Vet Hospital

We are hiring!

Our team is looking for passionate veterinary professionals to join our independent, privately owned practice.

If you are tired of corporate metrics, production-driven pressure, and cookie-cutter medicine, we offer a refreshing alternative. Here, we prioritize individualized patient care, build lasting relationships with our clients, and support our team members as individuals, not numbers.

Why join our private practice?

Medicine over metrics: We focus on what is best for the patient, giving our medical team the autonomy to practice high-quality veterinary medicine.
Collaborative culture: We maintain a supportive, close-knit environment where your voice is heard and your professional growth is actively championed.
Work-life balance: We understand that to take the best care of our patients, we must first take care of our team.
We would love to connect with you.

Apply today or send us an email at [email protected] to learn more about our open roles and our clinic family.

🎃🎃Get ready to show off your pet's best looks. We are hosting our annual Pet Costume Contest, and we want to see your dogs and cats in their finest, funniest, or most creative attire.

How to enter:

Share a photo of your pet in costume in the comments below, or post it on your page and tag us.
Include your pet's name and a brief description of their outfit.
Submissions are open until October 31st. Our team will select the top three winners, who will receive a special pet-friendly prize package.

We cannot wait to see what you and your pets come up with this year. Show us those costumes.

Celebrating the Life of Holly 🐾
Today we are taking a moment to honor and celebrate the beautiful life of Holly, one of our favorite Shepherd mix, who has recently passed away.

Holly was more than just a pet; she was a beloved member of the family and a bright light to everyone who knew her, she loved to stop at the neighbors and she went on her daily walks. Her loyal spirit, wagging tail, and the unique charm she brought into every room will be deeply missed. While our hearts are heavy, we choose to focus on the joy she gave her momma Christie and the many wonderful memories she left behind.

Rest easy, sweet Holly. You were truly one of a kind and will never be forgotten. 🌈❤️

Integrity: The Heart of Our Practice
At our hospital, we believe that integrity is the foundation of every relationship we build with you and your pets. In the field of veterinary medicine, integrity means more than just following protocols; it is a commitment to doing the right thing for the patient even when no one is watching.

To us, integrity looks like:

High-Quality Care: A dedication to maintaining clinical excellence and staying true to the highest standards of medicine for every pet that walks through our doors.
Transparent Communication: Providing you with clear, honest information about your pet's health so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Trustworthy Actions: Treating your beloved companions with the same respect, compassion, and diligence behind the scenes as we do in the exam room.
We understand that you place your trust in us during some of your most vulnerable moments. We honor that trust by choosing honesty and excellence in everything we do.

Thank you for being part of our community and for allowing us to care for your pets with integrity.

✨🐾Veterinary medicine is tough, but a positive hospital culture changes everything. 🐾✨
When we uplift our teams, we elevate our medicine. A supportive, optimistic workplace doesn't just make the day brighter—it directly impacts every patient we treat and every client we greet.
Here is why positivity is our best medical tool:
💪 Better Employee Experience: Reduces burnout, lowers stress, and builds a supportive team.
🤝Better Client Experience: Happy teams project warmth, building deeper trust with pet parents.
🏥Better Patient Outcomes: Clear communication and high morale lead to fewer mistakes and safer care.
Kindness is contagious, and it starts behind the treatment door. Let's keep supporting each other so we can keep providing the best care possible for our patients! 🩺❤️
