This weekend, on October 3rd, there will be some space in the play area dedicated to a celebration of life for Reid Kell. Members of our community have organized an event to honor Reid's life.
From 1 P.M. to 10 P.M., folks are invited to come by and play some of Reid's favorite games, share stories about Reid, and participate in a silent auction to support Reid's family.
Attached is an image provided by the event organizers with the specific details.

You can get your very own Kraken Frost Games T-Shirt during the MTG: Reality Fracture Pre-Release tournament, while supplies last! We want to give a shout-out to Devon Chenoweth () for designing the beautiful Kraken Frost Games logo! We also want to give a big thank you to Boss Momma Boutique for making these custom shirts for us! Be sure to check out Boss Momma Boutique to print your own custom shirts, and for their own Reality Fracture events!
The game store formerly known as Phoenix Fire Games was visited by Jace Beleren of the Magic: The Gathering universe during his Reality Fracturing Spree. The store is now known as “Kraken Frost Games,” and even the staff are not immune to the reality-shifting effects. Should you visit the store over the next week, you may notice a change in the store’s decorations, staff uniforms, and overall “vibe”. Rest assured, we will still offer the games and accessories you love, as well as host our regular weekly events!
We will see you this weekend for our MTG: Reality Fracture pre-release tournaments on Friday the 25th and Saturday the 26th! You can find tickets on our website using the link in our bio!
