Oak Ridge Recovery
Supporting lasting recovery in the Treasure Valley through evidence-based addiction treatment, group therapy, and individualized care.
Meet Sarah Vincent, one of our Primary Therapists.
Sarah brings 25 years in the recovery field, starting with 15 years working with at-risk youth, including launching her own nonprofit, Soul Purpose, to help vulnerable young people heal and grow through fitness and empowerment. For the past decade, she's worked with adults navigating addiction and recovery.
As someone in recovery herself, Sarah brings lived experience alongside evidence-based methods, mindfulness, and fitness to help clients reconnect with who they are and build a life worth living. "Recovery is not linear," and she meets people exactly where that truth takes them.
Outside of work, she's usually at the gym, hiking, at the lake, or out on adventures with her daughters and her dog, Chief.

Our vision is simple: to be a trusted provider where people feel comfortable seeking help early, without fear or judgment.
As we grow, that personal, client-centered approach isn't going anywhere.

Outpatient care isn't just for after things escalate; it's also for catching things early.
If you're noticing early warning signs in yourself or someone you care about, that's reason enough to start the conversation.

Meet Annette Volk, our Clinical Director.
Annette spent 14 years working in corrections before moving into county mental health and substance use treatment. Across both, her philosophy has stayed the same: "Every person has the potential to become more than what a diagnosis or their history states."
She brings that belief to Oak Ridge Recovery every day, helping people find their own path to wellness. Outside of work, she's ranching, riding horses, and enjoying country life with her husband.

Two things we believe deeply at Oak Ridge Recovery: change is possible, and every person has the ability to grow beyond their past.
We focus on helping people recognize their strengths and rediscover a sense of possibility, not just manage a diagnosis.

Great to see you Zeke!
Next up in our Meet the Team series: Danielle Fanopoulos, VP of Patient Access.
Danielle's commitment to this work is personal. Her life has been deeply affected by substance use and mental health challenges, including the loss of her older brother, and that experience drives her passion for prevention, hope, and breaking the cycle for future generations.
She oversees care coordination for our Idaho clients and serves on the executive board of the Meridian Anti-Drug Coalition. Outside of work, she's usually camping or cheering on her family at the racetrack.

Not sure what "IOP" means? Here's the short version:
Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers a higher level of structure for people who need more consistent care, multiple sessions a week focused on practical recovery skills, coping strategies, and accountability. Ideal for people who need real support but can't step away from work or family.

Meet the team behind Oak Ridge Recovery: starting with our Founder and CEO, Erik Rasmussen.
Before founding Oak Ridge, Erik built and led an industrial manufacturing company in the energy sector. That experience shaped how he leads today: clear systems, strong ex*****on, and a belief that treatment should be thoughtful, practical, and built around real life, not just clinically sound, but genuinely helpful.
Originally from Alaska, Erik has built his life here in Idaho and is committed to serving individuals and families across the Treasure Valley. Outside of work, you'll find him fishing, camping, or out on a trail.
