Buyers, did you know…❓

Let’s say you’re out driving around and you come across a new subdivision in a location that seems appealing. Oh look, the model homes are open! Do you stop and go in?

My advice to you is… call your favorite Realtor‼️ Most of the local builders (thankfully for you, not all!) require you to have your real estate agent WITH you when you first go in to “browse.” If you don’t, you will not have fair representation should you decide to buy. 😒 No, they will not be patient… And no, they will not give you a deal… If you want fair buyer representation, call your agent to go in with you. 💯
