We’re looking for 10 customers to come in, order your favorite drink, and help give our new faces some real-life practice behind the bar!

We have 10 spots available, first come, first claimed! Just remember, this IS a training session, so we’re asking our volunteers to come with a little extra patience. Your order may take longer than it normally would, and that’s okay! We want our team to have time to learn, practice, ask questions, and build confidence without feeling rushed.

We know some of y’all have been checking every store shelf waiting for “that” iconic fall flavor to make its comeback… but you don’t have to wait or search anymore. 😉 We’ve got our own version ready and pouring TODAY.

This fan favorite flew out the door last year, and we had way too many people asking when she’d be back. So… surprise. 💁🏼‍♀️

She’s crisp, she’s fall in a cup, and she’s only here for the season. 🍏✨

This is one of those posts we never imagined having to make.

First, thank you to every single one of you who gave us grace yesterday as we rescheduled our training due to a family emergency. Your kindness allowed us to be exactly where we needed to be, with some of our dearest friends during an unimaginable time.

Today, we’re asking for that same kindness again.

The good news? Our newest team members officially begin training this evening! 🎉 We truly believe these new faces are going to help make your experience even better by improving the flow of our mornings, shortening wait times, and helping us serve you even more efficiently.

With that being said, we’re looking for 8 volunteers to join us tonight at 4:30 PM for our first hands-on training session!

If you’d like to help, come grab your favorite drink and allow our new team to practice serving you. The only thing we ask is that you come with a little extra patience, as this is a training shift, so service will be a little slower than normal.

Every family has a story.

This is ours. 🩷

Many of you know our son, Briggs. He’s the little boy you’ll occasionally see running around the club, waving at customers, and making everyone smile.

But there’s another little boy who changed our lives long before Briggs ever arrived.

His name is Zeke.

This Saturday, August 8, we will celebrate what would have been his seventh birthday.

Seven years ago, we said goodbye to our firstborn son far sooner than we ever imagined. There are no words that fully explain a loss like that, and honestly, there are still days that it’s hard to find them.

But one thing we have learned is this:

We can’t always choose what happens to us, but we can choose what we do because of it.

For our family, that’s kindness.

If you’ve ever wondered why our club says “Kindness & Caffeine,” or why there’s a board hanging on our wall where customers can purchase a drink for someone they’ve never met… now you know.

Zeke is the reason.

His life changed the way we see people. It reminded us that every person who walks through our doors is carrying a story we may never know. Some are celebrating. Some are grieving. Some are simply trying to make it through another day.

So we choose kindness.

Every single day.

Each year on Zeke’s birthday, we celebrate him the only way we know how… by filling the day with intentional acts of kindness.

This Saturday from 9 AM–1 PM, we’ll have a special tea and surprise acts of kindness happening throughout the morning as we celebrate our sweet boy.

And whether you make it into the club or not, we’d love for you to celebrate with us.

Buy the coffee for the person behind you.
Leave an encouraging note.
Compliment a stranger.
Take flowers to someone who’s having a hard week.
Call someone you’ve been meaning to check on.

Be the hands and feet of Jesus.

Because kindness doesn’t cost a thing, but it can change someone’s entire day.

As we wrap up an incredible July and kick off August, we just wanted to take a minute to say… thank you. 🩷

The amount of growth we’ve experienced over the last few months, especially this last month, has honestly been incredible, and we’re so grateful that you’ve chosen to make Line Thirty-Nine part of your day.

One thing we’ve always promised our customers is that we’ll never stop evaluating how we can serve you better. We believe that if something is working, we should keep doing it. If something can be improved, we should make changes. Every week, our team talks through what’s working, what can be better, and how we can continue raising the standard.

Starting Monday, every order will receive an order number.

Whether you’re ordering in-store or calling ahead, your order will now have a number assigned to it. This may seem like a small change, but we believe it’ll make a big difference.

Our goal is simple:
🩷 Keep orders flowing smoothly.
🩷 Help our team stay organized during busy rushes.
🩷 Make sure every order reaches the right customer as quickly as possible.
🩷 Continue honoring your time with the best experience we can provide.

If we happen to forget to give you your order number while we’re getting into this new routine, don’t hesitate to ask! This system is new for our team and for our customers, so we appreciate your patience as we implement it.

You’ll also be seeing some new faces behind the bar over the next few weeks! We’ve decided to grow our team to better serve the incredible number of customers walking through our doors each day. We can’t wait for you to meet them, and we appreciate your grace as they learn the Line Thirty-Nine way of doing things.

At the end of the day, our goal is simple: to serve caffeine and kindness while providing consistency, quality, and exceptional customer care every single time you walk through our doors. That’s who we are.
