August was a good month to own real estate in the Treasure Valley. 👇

Ada County — 955 homes sold (+14.8% from last year), median price $595,000 (+6.9% YOY), averaging 37 days to go under contract, with 2.4 months of inventory.

Canyon County — 472 homes sold (+7.3% YOY), median price $443,100 (+3.2% YOY), averaging 42 days on market, with 2.6 months of inventory.

Faster sales, higher prices, tight inventory. The data is pretty straightforward. 📊

Boise is building faster than almost anywhere in America—and the numbers are hard to ignore.

Only two U.S. cities are seeing more new construction right now. Boise ranks #3 nationwide among the 100 largest metro areas, with 53.4% of local listings made up of brand-new homes—the highest share in the entire top 10.

Even more surprising for buyers: newly built homes in the Treasure Valley are coming in at a 4.5% discount compared with existing homes.

The California to Idaho pipeline? Still very much open.

13,400 Californians swapped their driver's licenses for Idaho ones in 2025 alone — and they're not the only ones.
